Crispy "Bhindi" fries!!

You think French fries are addicting! Wait till you try these! Inspired from one of my “Destination eats”, turning up the flavor volume on “Crispy bhindi fries”!! (Thinly sliced Okra seasoned with spices and fried to crispy perfection).

You will need;
Okra

Dry seasoning; (Mix all the below)
1/2 Tsp of each

Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Chili flakes
Garam masala

Wipe clean the okra with a damp paper towel. Dry the okra completely. (Best way is to lay the damp okra on multiple sheets of paper towels). (Atleast 30 minutes)

Cut the ends of the okra and split in halves. Using a sharp knife, remove the center rib and seeds. Slice the okra in thin bands. Continue to let dry on papertowels.(Atleast 30 minutes)

Sprinkle the dry seasoning on the okra as desired. Shake the okra well.

Deep fry the okra in oil preheated at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes and drain well. Check for seasoning and serve immediately!
