Daylight savings time = Grill time! Part 2!

“FC style” Chimichurri!

If you’ve tried this Argentinian classic, try my version! You’ll love it!!

1/4 cup of fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup of fresh cilantrol leaves
1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
1 Tbsp of dry oregano
Juice of half a lemon
2-3 cloves of garlic minced
1 Tbsp of chopped sundried tomatoesp
1/4 cup of OO

Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
Blend all in a blender till chopped fine. Marinate your choice of meat in this for atleast 30 min. Grill to your liking. Enjoy!
